Where: Forest E Hull Park, across from Paraclete. Meet in the South-East corner under the trees
What: Slow Flow Yoga – all levels welcome

When: Every Monday @ 6:15pm (45-minute class)
Where: Control Fitness & Pilates in Quartz Hill (Pre-registration required – click to register)

This book club-style circle will focus on deeper topics like self-inquiry, mindfulness, philosophy and growth. We’ll all prep by listening to the same podcast, reading the same book, watching the same film, and then meet to share our thoughts, book club style.
